From Young Sheldon – Season 1 Episode 19: ‘Gluons, Guacamole, and the Color Purple’ (1×19)
Missy Cooper: There's a list of sentences, and you're supposed to say if each one's a complete sentence or not.
Georgie Cooper: The first one is, "Most people in the country". That doesn't sound like a sentence.
Missy Cooper: But ask me who drives pickup trucks.
Georgie Cooper: Who drives pickup trucks?
Missy Cooper: Most people in the country.
Georgie Cooper: Well, now it does sound like one.
Missy Cooper: I told you, it's confusing.

So it’s not a complete sentence alone but an answer to a question? I’d be grateful for your advice

Hi again, I understand now. A complete sentence requires a verb. Eg. “Most people in the country drive a pick up”. I look forward to hearing from you regarding scattered quotes 😀

Apologies, I understand now. It’s not a complete sentence without a verb eg. “Most people in the country drive a pick-up”.
I look forward to hearing from you regarding the scattered quotes.

Because the answer leaves implicit the action (verb) of the stated question … “Most people … drive …”
