Hera Syndulla: We weren’t supposed to meet. That way, if captured, we couldn’t reveal the other rebels to the Empire. That was the protocol.

Ahsoka Tano: The protocol has changed.

Hera Syndulla: Fulcrum.

Ahsoka Tano: Ahsoka. My name is Ahsoka Tano.

Kanan Jarrus: Why did you come here?

Ahsoka Tano: Because of you and your apprentice many in this system and beyond have heard your message. You gave them hope in their darkest times. We didn’t want that hope to die.

Ezra Bridger: So what happens now?

Ahsoka Tano: I don’t know. One chapter has closed for you, Ezra Bridger. This is a new day, a new beginning.

ℹQuote info

Plot context explained (First time meeting Ahsoka): This is a very significant moment in the Rebels series. Not only because of return of Ahsoka, but what it meant for the Ghost crew.

In this moment they finally learn there are many other rebels, like Bail Organa, that fight against the Empire too. They finally know who is Fulcrum, as it wasn’t easy getting orders from people they didn’t know and to trust them along the way.

Ahsoka is also a first Jedi apart from Kanan that Ezra has ever met. And it must have been a while since Kanan saw anyone from the Jedi Order, even though he didn’t knew her personally. It must have been nice to see another Order 66 survivor, and that he isn’t the only Jedi in this fight.
