The origin of the quote is unknown, as it is a mash-up of two quotes. It can be said the quote comes both from Iron Man 3 and Game of Thrones. The beginning of the quote is what Tony Stark says to Pepper: “That’s what I do. I fix stuff.” The second part comes from Tyrion Lannister’s quote “That’s what I do. I drink and I know things.”
The quote probably showed up at some point, when the meme with Tyrion’s quote was at its peak in popularity.
