have you read The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes? If so then you should know that he worked in 12 for a while and his lost love Lucy Grey was an underdog but she betrayed him so he doesnt like them anymore. I know thats not a very good overview but youll get it. If you havent read it then I’m sorry for spoiling and you wouldn’t get it
