Kate Bishop: What do you think of "Lady Hawk"?
Clint Barton: Yeah, that's terrible.
Kate Bishop: "Hawk Eve"?
Clint Barton: No, that's worse.
Kate Bishop: Damn, okay. Hawk Shot. Like "hot shot." But you know, "Hawk."
Clint Barton: No.
Kate Bishop: "Lady Arrow"?
Clint Barton: None of those.
Kate Bishop: Okay, fine.
Clint Barton: You know what, actually, I have an idea.
Tomas: I know it's not the best moment right now, but I want to thank you, you know. For your advice, how I should speak to my girlfriend.
Kate Bishop: Did it work?
Tomas: It worked, bro, we went to Maroon 5 instead.
Kate Bishop: That's so great. So, what's with the gun?
Tomas: I'm sorry, but... I wanted to thank you.
Yelena Belova: That really hurts!
Kate Bishop: Yeah. Yeah, well, so did the kick to the ribs.
Yelena Belova: Oh, yeah. That was a good one. That was good form. But you did the really cool body throw. Yeah.
Kate Bishop: Yeah, thank you. Thank you. Stop making me like you.
Yelena Belova: I'm sorry, I can't help it. That was really fun.
Kate Bishop (to Clint): When I was younger, aliens invaded. And I was alone. And I was terrified. But then I saw you, fighting aliens with a stick and a string. I saw you jump from that building even though you can't fly, even though you don't have superpowers. And I thought, "If he could do that, then I didn't have to be scared." You showed me that being a hero isn't just for people who can fly or shoot lasers out of their hands, it's for anyone, who's brave enough to do what's right, no matter the cost.
Eleanor Bishop: Sometimes the paths we're on, they wind around in ways that we never would have expected. All you can do is keep moving forward, even on days when honestly, it all just kind of feels like sh*t.
Kate Bishop: Do you ever worry about me not finding my path?
Eleanor Bishop: No. I know exactly who you are. And I have a pretty good picture of who you're becoming.
Kate Bishop: You lost your family in the Blip?
Clint Barton: Yeah. Like half the world.
Kate Bishop: God, that must have been devastating.
Clint Barton: Yeah, there are no words.
Kate Bishop: Is that where you met the Ronin? It's you, isn't it?
Clint Barton: Everybody dealt with the Blip in their own way. I continued doing what I was trained to do.
Kate Bishop: Protect people.
Clint Barton: Hurting people. Investigating first, but in the end, my job has always been to hurt people.
Kate Bishop: You were a hero.
Clint Barton: I was a weapon. I was aimed by the right people at the right targets.
Kate Bishop: I've been thinking about your branding issue. You need a more recognizable costume.
Clint Barton: Uh, you realize that my job for the last 20 years was to be not recognizable, right?
Kate Bishop: Well, you've officially failed at that. Picture this... in purple.
Clint Barton: Oh, wow. What's that on his head?
Kate Bishop: It's your head. Uh, wings. Like a hawk. That's an "H" that's on your forehead. That's... for "Hawkeye."
Clint Barton: Well, not happening.
Kate Bishop: When I put that suit on, I thought, "This is it. This is the moment I become who I'm supposed to be."
Clint Barton: I remember the day I thought the same thing. You know, it's, uh... It comes with a price.
Kate Bishop: What does?
Clint Barton: This life you wanna live. To really help people. I mean, try to help people, anyway. Comes with a lot of sacrifices. And some things you'll lose... forever.
(Clint's hearing aid is broken...)
Kate Bishop: Oh, we gotta walk the dog.
Clint Barton: You're not wrong...
Kate Bishop: He's been cooped up all day. Not quite sure how long a dog can...
Clint Barton: ...call yourself one of the world's greatest archers.
Kate Bishop: Oh, my God, do you really think so? I wasn't sure how I'd do under all that pressure...
Clint Barton: Probably should walk the dog. Don't you think? Been cooped up all day.
